Der Kampf mit Wałęsa als Person und als Symbol dauert bereits seit vielen Jahren und gewann an Intensität, als die Brüder Lech und Jarosław Kaczyński aus der Kanzlei des Staatspräsidenten Lech Wałęsa entlassen wurden. Das war im Oktober 1991.
