Miroslavs Mitrofanovs or Miroslav Mitrofanov [1] ( Russian: Миросла́в Бори́сович Митрофа́нов, Miroslav Borisovich Mitrofanov; born 18 December 1966 in Daugavpils, Latvia) is a Latvian Russian journalist and politician, Member of the 7th and 9th Saeima for For Human Rights in United Latvia.
Miroslavs Mitrofanovs (dzimis 1966. gada 18. decembrī) ir Latvijas krievu politiķis un žurnālists. PCTVL, vēlāk Latvijas Krievu savienības līdzpriekšsēdētājs, bijušais 7., 9. Saeimas deputāts, Eiropas Krievu alianses priekšsēdētājs (2005) un Eiropas Parlamenta deputāts (2018–2019), šobrīd Rīgas domes deputāts.

Politician and publicist Miroslav Mitrofanov (original name Мирослав Борисович Митрофанов, official Latvian name - Miroslavs Mitrofanovs) was born on December 18, 1966 in Daugavpils. He graduated from secondary school No. 9 in Daugavpils with in-depth study of English and mathematics.
