Pertevniyal Sultan (Ottoman Turkish: پرتو نهال سلطان, lit. 'descended from radiance', c. 1812 – 5 February 1883), was a consort of the Ottoman Sultan Mahmud II, and Valide sultan (queen mother) of Sultan Abdulaziz.
Pertevniyal Sultan war die Ehefrau von Mahmut II. und Mutter von Abdülaziz. Sie ist 1812 als Walachin geboren und hieß damals Hasna Besime. 1829 heiratete sie Mahmut II. und war 10 Jahre mit ihm verheiratet, bis er starb.
