Eudokia Makrembolitissa (mittelgriechisch Εὐδοκία Μακρεμβολίτισσα, * 1021; † 1096) war die Tochter von Johannes Makrembolites, Nichte des Patriarchen Michael I. Kerularius und Ehefrau des byzantinischen Kaisers Konstantin X. Nach seinem Tod heiratete sie Romanos IV.

A Byzantine noblewoman, Eudocia Macrembolitissa was the wife of Constantine X Ducas, emperor of Byzantium. She had five children with Constantine before his death in 1067.
