Finn E. Kydland (2015) Finn Erling Kydland (* 1. Dezember 1943 in Ålgård bei Stavanger) ist ein norwegischer Ökonom. Zusammen mit Edward C. Prescott erhielt er 2004 für seine Beiträge zur dynamischen Makroökonomie den Nobelpreis für Wirtschaftswissenschaften.
Finn Kydland is a professor of economics at UC Santa Barbara and Carnegie Mellon University. He won the 2004 Nobel Prize in Economics for his work on dynamic macroeconomics and business cycles with Edward C. Prescott.
Finn Erling Kydland (born 1 December 1943) is a Norwegian economist known for his contributions to business cycle theory. He is the Henley Professor of Economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
The Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel 2004 was awarded jointly to Finn E. Kydland and Edward C. Prescott "for their contributions to dynamic macroeconomics: the time consistency of economic policy and the driving forces behind business cycles"
