Paradise Gardens Park. Coordinates: 33°48′18″N 117°55′20″W. Paradise Gardens Park is a themed land at Disney California Adventure . The area opened as Paradise Pier in 2001 along with the rest of the theme park. In 2010, World of Color and Silly Symphony Swings were added.
In January 2024, Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel officially reopened after a project to rebuild and retheme the property as Pixar Place Hotel. Future expansion and proposed DisneylandForward project. Disney announced plans to build a fourth hotel at the resort in 2016, slated for an opening in 2021.
