Jill Sinclair (5 April 1952 – 22 March 2014) was a British businesswoman and record company director who founded ZTT Records. She has been called one of the "most successful people in the British music business".

ZTT Records is a British record label founded in 1983 by the record producer Trevor Horn, the businesswoman Jill Sinclair and the NME journalist Paul Morley. They released music by acts including Frankie Goes to Hollywood, Grace Jones, the Art of Noise and Seal.
Horn met Jill Sinclair, a former mathematics teacher, in 1977. They married in 1980 and became business partners. They had four children: two sons, Aaron and Will, and two daughters, Gabriella and Alexandra, the latter of whom has worked as a trainee solicitor.
