  6. Undergraduate Freshman Student. Complete this application if you have never attended college before or if you only attended college while you were in high school. There is a $35 non-refundable fee that must be paid by credit card when you submit this application. Undergraduate Transfer Student

  7. To apply for admission to Jacksonville State University, students must first complete an electronic application at www.jsu.edu/apply. Paper applications are available upon request. Applicants must select their appropriate student type (detailed below) and send all required documents of their application to the Office of Admissions.
