This castle must have once been a spectacular site. My heart hurt to see such a beautiful place in ruins and so disrespected by people's vandalism. The castle is fenced off but there is a gaping hole in the fence. I would love to see this beautiful place restored and used for something good. Read more.

Lennox Castle was also designed and built by David Hamilton between 1837 and 1841 after he was commissioned by John Lennox Kincaid, head of the local Clan Kincaid.
