Like a River is the thirteenth studio album by American rock band Gov't Mule, released through Fantasy Records on June 16, 2023. Reception.

Juni 2023 · The record comes down June 16th, 2023 on the Fantasy imprint and is meant as a return to a more rock-oriented sound after the Mule’s epic, Grammy-nominated blues effort Heavy Load Blues. The tracks on this new release were actually recorded at the same time as Heavy Load Blues in adjacent studio spaces.
It was released in January 1972, nearly two years after he split up with longtime musical partner Art Garfunkel. His first solo album was recorded in England in 1965 but remained unreleased in the U.S. (except for a brief period in 1969) until 1981, when it appeared in the 5-LP Collected Works boxed set.

Peace Like a River (2001) is a novel by Leif Enger, who took the title from the lyrics of the hymn "It Is Well with My Soul", which was performed at his wedding. Enger wrote the novel to amuse his family, taking story suggestions from his children and giving the lead character asthma to encourage one of his sons, who also has asthma.
