Straight Ahead (known as N.Y.C. Mayhem in 1985) was an American straight edge hardcore punk band formed in Queens, New York City, in 1984, by drummer and vocalist Tommy Carroll, guitarist Gordon Ancis and bassist Tony Marc Shimkin.

Bei Straight ahead ist er an Vibraphon und Piano zu hören. Stephan Hardt ( Keyboards, Gesang ) , sein Sohn, ist der Motor und Groove der Band und spielt eigentlich drei Instrumente gleichzeitig. Auf seinen Keyboards spielt er mit der linken Hand den Baß ( deshalb spielt die Gruppe ohne Bassist), während er mit rechts Chords und Improvisationen spielt.

The Nick Straker Band were an English pop music group from London, England, led by musician and vocalist Nick Straker.
