The VCU Sports Medicine Clinic’s physical therapists help patients improve mobility and motion, reduce pain without medication and in some cases, avoid surgery. We focus largely on exercise and manual therapy but use modalities as needed including ice, heat, electrical stimulation, and dry needling.
