Pere Ubu [pɛːr yby] ist eine US-amerikanische Rockband, die 1975 in Cleveland, Ohio, gegründet wurde. Ihr französischer Name ist Ubu roi (dt.: König Ubu), dem absurden Theaterstück Alfred Jarrys, und dessen Hauptfigur Père Ubu (dt.: Vater Ubu) entlehnt.
