Steve Forrest (born William Forrest Andrews; September 29, 1925 – May 18, 2013) was an American actor who was well known for his role as Lt. Hondo Harrelson in the hit television series S.W.A.T. which was broadcast on ABC from 1975 to 1976. He was also known for his performance in Mommie Dearest (1981).
Steve Forrest (born September 25, 1986) is an American drummer from Modesto, California, best known for his work with the British alternative rock band Placebo, which he left in 2015. Before joining Placebo, Forrest was drummer for the ambient rock band Evaline.
Steve Forrest was a ruggedly handsome action man of the 1960s and '70s, who appeared in movies like The Longest Day and Mommie Dearest, and TV shows like S.W.A.T. and Dallas. He was born in Texas, served in the Army, studied at UCLA, and had a brother who was also an actor, Dana Andrews.

A brother of star Dana Andrews, he was born William Forrest Andrews, the youngest of thirteen children. His father was a Baptist minister in Huntsville, Texas.
