28. Nov. 2019 · DAP steht für "Delivery at Place" (Lieferung am Ort). Das bedeutet, dass der Verkäufer die gekaufte oder verkaufte Waren an einen beliebigen, mit dem Käufer vereinbarten Ort liefert. Der vereinbarte Lieferort, wie zum Beispiel ein Terminal, muss ausdrücklich genannt werden.
Die Incoterm-Abkürzung DAP steht dabei für „Delivered At Place …“ und lässt sich mit „geliefert an benannten Ort“ übersetzen. Der DAP-Incoterm ersetzt dabei den älteren DDU-Incoterm und besagt, dass des dem Verkäufer obliegt, die Ware an einem vom Käufer benannten Ort bereitzustellen.
