Über Kundendienst via Ticket wurde mir gesagt, das man diesen beim Support (was wahrscheinlich der Kundendienst sein soll) von MO-FR zwischen 13:00-17:00 Uhr ein Button erscheinen sein. 7. Dez. 2021 · Fill a ticket under "having account issue", bonus point if you pick about method payment or payment issue.. I usually dig into this category whenever I need a 1v1 conversation with one of them, the answer time is very short and they always answer despite being on the wrong section.. This is the way.
Blizzard seems to be allergic to it’s paying customers and their issues (whether it be technical or account related). Well, there are a few considerations: It has to be an issue Live Chat is eligible for. That is usually Billing and Account Access issues. It is not available for appeals, in-game issues, etc. It has to be open.
