MNRK Music Group (pronounced "monarch", formerly known as Koch Records and eOne Music) is a New York-based independent record label and music management company. It was formed in 2009 from the music assets of Koch Entertainment , which had been acquired by the present-day Entertainment One (eOne) in 2004.

(September 27, 2021 – New York, NY) – eOne Music announces today that is has changed its name to MNRK Music Group (“MNRK”), effective immediately.
On April 26, 2021, eOne announced that it would sell its music division to The Blackstone Group for $385 million. The acquisition was closed in June 2021, after which it was renamed MNRK Music Group .
