Stanley Francis Birch Jr. (born August 29, 1945) is a former United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
General Biography. Hon. Stanley F. Birch, Jr. (Ret.) served as a United States Circuit Judge on the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals for more than 20 years. During that time Judge Birch authored over 3,000 opinions for the court and participated in over 11,000 opinions as a panel member.
The journal was established in 1993 to respond to what the United States Circuit Court of Appeals judge Stanley F. Birch, Jr. described as "[t]he need for greater exposition on the law of intellectual property."
