Manager Bio. Thomas Frank is the head coach of Brentford and the first person to lead the Bees into a top-flight season since 1946/47. Frank's first senior position in management came with Danish Superliga side Brondby IF in June 2013, finishing fourth and third in two full seasons in charge before departing the club in March 2016.
