Winnie Madikizela-Mandela Municipality (Xhosa: uMasipala wase Winnie Madikizela-Mandela), formerly Mbizana Municipality, is a local municipality within the Alfred Nzo District Municipality, in the Wild Coast Region of the Eastern Cape province of South Africa.
In 2021, the Mbizana Local Municipality in the Eastern Cape was officially renamed the Winnie Madikizela-Mandela Local Municipality. The town of Brandfort in the Free State was also officially renamed as Winnie Mandela.
