Draal, in the Heart of the Great Machine. The Machine nourished and rejuvenated Draal, restoring to him his youth and appearance of thirty years prior, invigorating him for his role as the Guardian. His mind reached out across the stars, as the Great Machine let him see and hear things from all across the galaxy.
In late 2259, Draal broke his silence and made contact with Delenn and Captain Sheridan, pledging his support to the oncoming Shadow War. In 2260, Draal allowed Susan Ivanova to connect to the machine and use it to search for the places where the First Ones still dwelt.
Draal was a much underused element, he did not even use his mighty weapons to defend B5 or during the Vorlon/Shadow final conflict to protect their ship. All I believe were within his abilities. However I do recognize that he was a huge MacGuffin and as such it was better to not have him solve every problem for them.
Draal. Draal was played first by Louis Turenne and later by John Schuck. His first appearance was in the episode "A Voice in the Wilderness". Feeling that he had no place in modern Minbari society, he set out to visit his former student Delenn on Babylon 5 one final time before leaving to go "to the sea."
