Happy Days ist ein 2-köpfiges Depressive-Black-Metal-Musikprojekt, das im Jahr 2007 in Sarasota, Florida von den beiden Musikern Scott „A. Morbid“ Andrade (Gesang, Keyboard, E-Gitarre, E-Bass) und Matt „Karmageddon“ Aldrich gegründet wurde.
