Im diesjährigen QS World University Ranking konnte die FAU beeindruckende Fortschritte erzielen: Sie verbesserte sich im Vergleich zum Vorjahr um mehr als 100 Ränge und nimmt nun weltweit Platz 229 von 1503 ein. Somit gehört die FAU zu den besten 16 Prozent aller Universitäten weltweit.

Specifically, the University improved its performance in the following categories: “Academic Reputation”, “International Students” and “Citations per Faculty”. In a national comparison, FAU ranks 12th and thus moved up 6 places compared with last year’s results. It performed particularly well in the “Citations per Faculty” category, where it ranks first place, and for “Sustainability” (3rd) and “International Students” (10th place).

31. Aug. 2020 · Erlanger Chemie unter den TOP 140 Hochschulen weltweit. Im QS World University Subject Ranking 2023 belegt die FAU im Fach Chemie den Platz 138 und hat sich gegenüber dem Vorjahr um 20 Plätze verbessert. Auf nationaler Ebene hat sich die Chemie um einen Platz verbessert und belegt nun den 11. Platz in Deutschland.
