Synopsis. In the summer of 1974, Cherry Holly, a vibrant young nurse is hired by the Hallewell family to care for an infirm old man. She is taken to a remote pickup point by her two lifelong friends Sarah and Maria. They are met by the Hallewell's ward and caretaker, Dwayne, a young, attractive Haitian man, who has been waiting for Cherry.
