20. Okt. 2022 · I was running into the same issue after three or four tries. Like xtremecman said, try the terminal. It ended up working for me. The cutscene for Kingston kicks off with you coming out of a portal rather than the "transmat" effect that happens when you try to fast travel from the UI map, so I think that was the intent.
