  1. Herman Santiago. Actor: Mga Bakas ni Magsaysay. Herman Santiago was born on 18 February 1944 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He is an actor, known for Mga Bakas ni Magsaysay (1960), Als wir träumten (2015) and Why Do Fools Fall in Love (1998).
