Meet our Head. Rachel Thompson will be the new Head of the junior school when it opens in September 2022. Rachel is currently the Head of Prep at City of London School for Girls and has over 16 years' experience in primary education. We sat down to talk to Rachel about this exciting new project and to hear her plans for the new junior school.
Consistently, we send about one fifth of the year to Oxbridge, a dozen to Medical School, and about a third go on to the top London universities (King’s, UCL, Imperial, Queen Mary, LSE). Whilst being proud of the pupils’ achievements in public exams, we want to go beyond the confines of exam specifications and encourage learning for its own sake.
