Later, some Motown historians will suggest the LP might be titled Dance With The Contours but, although there is sufficient material, it never materializes. For the Contours’ lone single release in ’65, Smokey and fellow Miracle Bobby Rogers come up with a suitably rambunctious lyric matched with a wonderfully punchy Funk Brothers track for “First I Look At The Purse.”
