Philip John Noel-Baker, baron Noel-Baker (1. listopadu 1889 Londýn – 8. října 1982, Londýn) byl britský politik, diplomat, akademik, atlet a bojovník za odzbrojení. Jako univerzitní student vynikl v atletice, v běhu reprezentoval Spojené království na několikerých olympijských hrách .
