Janis Oliver, a native of Los Angeles, California, is a country vocalist and songwriter. She and her sister Kristine Arnold (nee Oliver) performed bluegrass music as the Oliver Sisters during their teenage years, and then became Sweethearts Of The Rodeo. Janis married Vince Gill in 1980, and divorced in 1997.
