Apr. 2014 · It's still an okay film but not helped in the least by the fact that both of the major supporting actors, Noah Beery, Jr. and Robert Mitchum, exude far more charisma and watchability than leading man Richard Quine. Eventually a decent director Quine just didn't have it in him to carry a movie and without that the film has a void at its center.
