Official website. Christopher Howard Jasper (born December 30, 1951) [1] is an American singer, composer, and producer. Jasper is a former member of the Isley Brothers and Isley-Jasper-Isley and is responsible for writing and producing the majority of the Isley Brothers music (1973–1983) and Isley-Jasper-Isley music (1984–1987).
Different Drummer is the third and final album by Isley-Jasper-Isley, released in 1987. Following its release, the Isleys would reunite with the Isley Brothers, while Jasper would go solo. [4] "8th Wonder of the World" and "Givin' You Back the Love" entered the R&B Top 20. [5]
