  1. Visiting the College. Keble College welcomes visitors daily from 2.00pm – 5.00pm. Alumni, prospective students and offer holders are welcome to visit the College at any time. Occasionally during the year we will be closed for College events so it is always best to contact the Porters prior to planning a visit.

  2. At the heart of our worship is the beautiful music of Keble Choir, one of Oxford’s best known vocal ensembles. They sing at the three main Chapel services each week: The College Eucharist (Sundays 5.30pm) is the main service of the week, with hymns, choral music, and a thought-provoking talk. It lasts about one hour.

  4. Our History. Keble College has come a long way since its opening in 1870. The first Oxford College of the modern era, it was founded in memory of John Keble (1792-1866), well known for his best-selling Christian verse and a key member of the so-called Oxford Movement which sought to recover the Catholic heritage of the Church of England.

  5. At Keble we’re focused on discovering, sharing and communicating knowledge. New ideas can come from anywhere – the tutorial, classroom, café. And they can come from students as much as tutors. So we’re always looking for new ways to bring teaching, learning and researching together.
