Willie Louis Sands is an Article III federal judge on senior status for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. He joined the court in 1994 after being nominated by President Bill Clinton. Prior to joining the court, Sands was a judge on the Macon Judicial Circuit. [1] Sands assumed senior status on April 12, 2014.
