Sylvie Vartan (bulgariska: Силви Вартан), född som Sylvie Vartanian den 15 augusti 1944 i Iskrets i Bulgarien, [ 1] är en fransk sångerska och skådespelerska. Hennes far var av armeniskt ursprung och hennes mor av ungerskt ursprung. Vartan hade sin storhetstid mellan 1960- och 1980-talen.
In 1991, she founded a charity, the Sylvie Vartan Association for Bulgaria . Between 2005 and 2007, she led a campaign for the release of the Bulgarian nurses and the Palestinian doctor that were sentenced to death by the Lybian regime. She releases an EP for Ukraine in 2022.
