Very similar to Kris Kristofferson - Spooky Lady's Sideshow but less weight in font for tracklisting on labels. Different runouts. "Rita Coolidge appears through the courtesy of A & M Records" printed on back cover.

Kristofferson's fifth album, Spooky Lady's Sideshow, was released in May. Compared to earlier releases, it was a commercial disappointment, reaching the Top Ten of the country charts but only the Top 100 of the pop charts, with no charting single. From this point on, Kristofferson's albums would be only modest sellers at best.
