23. Jan. 2023 · Ruben Ramos Gutierrez, 66 of Racine passed away on Friday January 20, 2023 after a short terminal illness at his home surrounded by family and friends. Ruben was born on April 13, 1956 in Mexico, son of Ramon Ramos Prado and Ma. Santos Gutierrez. Ruben migrated to the United States in March of 1979, ultimately establishing residency in Racine, WI.
