What is eduroam? It is a global roaming wireless network available at thousands of participating institutions worldwide, including more than 600 colleges, universities, and research facilities in the United States. This network is available on the Hampshire campus in academic areas, Merrill, and some of Enfield. It is likely to be available in more dorms soon as upgrades are being made.

Hampshire was among the first schools in the country to be test optional, a policy the College has followed since opening in 1970. While Hampshire has never required SATs or ACTs, in the past we would review these scores if a student wished to submit them as part of an application. As of 2014, we haven't even accepted them; we are entirely test free in our admissions process.
