Honours testing is Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 3:15 – 4:30pm in the Mt Doug Library. Please bring a pencil and eraser. No calculator. Grade 10, 11 and 12 Math Honours Courses. For all Grade 9, 10, and 11 students interested in math honours courses, please select those honours courses on the Mount Doug Secondary School 2024-25 Course Planning form.

High School in Greater Victoria. Die „Mount Doug“ wurde 1931 gegründet und unterrichtet circa 1.200 Schüler und Schülerinnen. Neben der Esquimalt High School zählt die Mount Doug zum „Challenge Programm“. Dieses Programm fokussiert sich auf besonders talentierte Schüler, welche in modernsten Klassenräumen unterrichtet werden.
It is the policy of School District #61 and Mount Douglas that one student does not “take it all”; however, many students do win more than one scholarship as they are eligible for more than one type of award. In-school awards do not necessarily require an application; Applications are available in early May. See Ms.Bailey for an application.
Mount Douglas High School was located on Cedar Hill Road where Cedar Hill Middle School is located today. Mr. Bert Bailey was the principal. November 18 – Official opening ceremony. 1939. September – Eric Forster became principal. 1960. Gordon Head Junior Secondary was opened in the building today we call Mount Doug. 1965.
