Overall this is a great follow-up to "Stick It To Ya". Good consistent hard rock. Mark Slaughter has a great voice and Tim Kelly's guitar work continues to be killer. Real Love, Days Gone By, and The Wild Life are stand-out tracks. You can't go wrong with this one. A great investment if you're into melodic hard rock!
The Wild Life was Slaughter's new album at the time, and the cover art for that one really struck a chord with me. That front cover of a longhaired adolescent boy holding an electric guitar and being whipped by an authority figure that looked like a lion tamer represented, to me, something strange, dark and mysterious.

I clean all my records before I play them, however, since I had pre--ordered this album ages ago I couldn't resist playing this album before a thorough cleaning. WOW!
