Arthur Kennedy made his Broadway debut in "Everywhere I Roam" in 1938, the same year that he married Mary Cheffrey, who would remain his wife until her death in 1975. He also appeared on Broadway in "Life and Death of an American" in 1939 and in "An International Incident" in 1940 at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre, in support of the great American actress the theater had been named after.
Arthur Kennedy passed away on January 5, 1990, in Branford, Connecticut, at the age of 75. His contributions to the world of acting, both on stage and screen, left a lasting legacy, and he is remembered as a talented and versatile actor who brought depth and authenticity to his performances.

Paragraph 3 you undoubtedly meant Naked Dawn (as covered in detail below, I agree with you it’s AK’s mini-masterpiece in the Western genre) not Naked Gun, that one was Leslie Nielsen methinks 🙂
