heavy weather aus dem jahre 1977 ist eindeutig mein lieblingsalbum, das siebente der band und eindeutig ein jazz-meilenstein. hochgelobt kam es 1977 auf platz eins der jazz alben.. auch ist es die zweite platte mit dem nicht nur groß-sondern auch artigen bassisten jaco pastorius. sein fratless-bass wirkt hier auf jeder nummer mit, sehr markant und drückend.
