With "The Road Dog," I aimed to stay true to life and capture the struggles of addiction and the humorous yet real raw moments that often accompany it. This film is dedicated to my older brother David Glienna, who struggled with alcoholism and has been missing for three years. It is also loosely based on a comedian that my co-writer Tony Boswell and I knew well.
