I don't know what was done for a couple of PCs to Sign In successfully at all, but I'm noticing that somehow, this Sign In button is causing freezing of Outlook during initial launch for about 2 minutes, which is unacceptable for my end users.

Kindly try these steps: Close any other Office apps you have open, as signing out of Outlook will also sign you out of other Office apps. In Outlook, click the File menu in the top-left corner. My Profile box at top right has gone. I am advised that my Ad Blocker could be the cause and to switch it off. Rubbish answer.
