Dez. 2006 · But back in 2001 he produced Do You Get The Blues, and with a reissue in 2013, this is a superb album, eleven great tracks, full of his wonderful guitar from electric to slide , add some vocals by long time singer with him Lou Ann Barton , and you have an album of not only instrumental tracks (two cracking ones) but plenty to prove Jimmie can handle a song as well as he can play guitar. Jimmie Vaughan was born on March 20, 1951, in Dallas County, Texas, United States, to parents Jimmie Lee Vaughan and Martha Jean Cook. Raised in Dallas, Texas , Vaughan attended L V. Stockard Junior High where on February 3, 1965, he first played before an audience in a group named The Pendulums, or the JSP's, along with Phil Campbell and Ronny Sterling. [4]
