Before Leslie Phillips hooked up with T Bone Burnett and started calling herself "Sam Phillips", she was a fairly typical CCM artist. But even on early work like _Dancing With Danger_, she wrote her own material; and songs like "Powder Room Politics" revealed the critical side that was later to become more prominent in her work. This is not her best work, but it's worth a listen for fans.
