17. Juni 2013 · Poco had naast de country-rock ook altijd wel een paar van die nevenuitstapjes en daar zou Under the Gun best wel bij mogen, maar een heel album vol, hoeft voor mij niet zo nodig. Daar heb je ook Foreigner, Journey en REO Speedwagon voor bijv.

If you like The Eagles then you'll probably like Poco. This album contains some really great rock and country rock songs and a good ballad or 2 thrown in. Well balanced album. My favourite Poco album but I'm sure some older diehard original fans would disagree. Have a listen its good.
Under The Gun war im Jahr 1980 das vierzehnte Album der Country-Rock Band Poco. Poco ist oder war zumindest in den USA eine relativ erfolgreiche Band. In ihren guten Zeiten spielten Poco auf Augenhöhe mit den Eagles, konnten jedoch nie deren kommerzielle Erfolge vorweisen. Schade, denn die Band produzierte ordentliche Alben. Auch Under The Gun ist ein gutes Album des Genres.
