Jimmy McDonough, whose amazing biography of Milligan was recently reprinted, published The Exotic Ones: That Fabulous Film-Making Family from Music City, U.S.A. – The Ormonds in May of this year, which is also available at the above site. It's a bit pricey but I'm starting to lean toward it.
