The lack of appealing dining options, not a vibrant social scene, and a sense of no community left me feeling isolated and disconnected. Despite the academic excellence that Oberlin is known for, the absence of a welcoming atmosphere and opportunities for social engagement overshadowed the positive aspects of the institution.
