In 1938 St Faith’s became part of the . same foundation as The Leys School. Each school is managed and led by its own management team and Committee of Governors. Senior staff from both schools meet regularly to ensure close collaboration and a continuity of educational ethos.

The Leys Governors acquired St Faith’s Preparatory School in 1938 and established The Leys and St Faith’s Schools Foundation (a charitable foundation registered with the charity commission). Each school operates autonomously with its own management team, Head, Committee of Governors, budget and individual identity, yet benefit from their close relationship.
